U.S. Delays Food Aid, North Korea Angry

North Korean government was angry and accused the United States because of broken promises to delay an agreement to provide food aid, which reached some time before the two countries.Realization of the deal was delayed because of North Korea remains determined to launch a long-range rocket,which was destroyed and fell in the Yellow Sea on the air shortly, last Friday.

In fact, in the agreement,North Korea has agreed to halt its nuclear program and its rocket launch. In return,the U.S. would send hundreds of thousands of tons of food to the country's mismanagement.
Furthermore,North Korean Foreign Ministry also rejected criticism of the United Nations Security Council on Monday over North Korea's rocket launch.

According to the U.S. State Department spokesman Mark Toner, Tuesday (17/04/2012), it is difficult to predict whether the statement of rejection could be an indication that the country will continue their planned nuclear test them for the third time, as mentioned previously.

"In the past there is a pattern of bad behavior they exhibit. But now we can not make any forecasts," added Toner told reporters.
