European weather extremes, the Black Sea freezes

Weather extremes are experienced in the countries of Western and Eastern Europe. Hundreds of lives have been lost due to hypothermia and frostbite.
In fact, so cold, freezing a portion of the Black Sea near the Romanian coast and the snow falls on Croatian islands in the Adriatic Sea.

With the temperature reached -32.5 degrees Celsius to 16 cities in Bulgaria recorded the lowest temperature since 100 years ago.

"We are confident the weather will change in mid-February, but not be warmer. February will be the coldest times," said meteorologist Leon Brown from the Weather Channel in the UK, as reported by Reuters.
