A total of 56,000 employees will remain under the management of Nokia Group and worked for three business units that are not purchased Microsoft, the digital map and location services; telecommunications network infrastructure and services, as well as technology development.

Stephen Elop, who served as CEO of Nokia since September 2010, had to remove his post. He will work for Microsoft and served as Vice President of Devices and Services Division Business Unit Nokia annexed Microsoft.
